Defying Gravity with Berluti

IMG_1777 copy

You won’t see me rocking a bright yellow suit everyday. Then again, it’s not everyday you’ll have the chance of rocking a Berluti suit. Forget the brand, the suit is an impeccable linen garment. The quality is felt instantaneously. I struggle with heat, so the fine and light materials of the suit allowed my body to breathe during the Milanese heatwave.

Being a bright coloured suit, I did my best to tone down the entire outfit as much as possible. I chose to wear a plain white tee and clean sneakers. Less is more, remember. You don’t want to be a peacock during Fashion Week, shouting for attention.

I wore this outfit on day one of Milan Fashion Week attending shows for Ermenegildo Zegna, Marni, Ralph Lauren and Versace, and it caught quite the attention…for good reasons I hope.
