Handmade Italian leather double monk strap shoes…how good did that sound?
If there one thing I share an endless love for, it has to be a killer pair of Italian made monk strap shoes. I have taken it upon myself to encourage every gentleman out there to invest in a pair, as they are the greatest final touch to a navy double breasted suit.
My latest collaboration with Aquila involved a candidate for my most favourite shoe of all time; the Roy Tan Monk Strap shoe. With a combination between a brogue and a double monk, the shoe is presented with a statement wingtip style.
I usually style a pair of double monk strap shoes with a slim fit, short cut navy suit. The short cut give the shoe a little more exposure, which is what this awesome pair deservers.
