When I attended Pitti Uomo for the first time back in January 2014, I literally didn’t know a soul stepping foot into Florence, Italy, except for one gentleman, Fabio Attanasio. He showed me around, introduced me to some amazing people and would soon become a very close friend.
It gives me great joy to see such a good friend develop over the years in to Italy’s number one blogger when it comes to tailoring and handmade items. Then, came his distinctive eyewear collection, The Bespoke Dudes Eyewear, inspired by a deep appreciation of high quality craftsmanship guaranteed by the expert artisans of the company Kàdor founded in 1962.
I was lucky enough to get my hands on a pair of the limited edition Cran Light Tortoise Acetate Framed shades while attending Pitti Uomo 87. In case you weren’t aware, the term “cran” refers to the gap between a blazer’s collar and lapels.
These elegant shades have a light tortoise acetate frame by Mazzucchelli, and are addressed to all the connoisseurs who want to stand out from the crowd and are known trend setters. They can also be fitted with prescription lenses at request (anti-glare lenses, scratch-resistant lenses, etc.).
