Denim on Chinos – A GQ for GAP Collaboration

Following on from our Gap for GAP “Back to the Flannel” outfit posted a couple of weeks back, we thought we’d put together a second look. Yes, with the majority of my blog posts usually consisting of suits, brogues and blazers, every now and again I like to throw in a laid back, more relaxed outfit post. And this collaboration has just given me that chance!

When wearing denim, you want to stay clear from the double denim dilemma. Some people can pull the look off, while others try and fail miserably. When I wear a denim over-shirt, I usually style it with a basic tee and beige/navy chinos. It’s the safest way to go. Cap the outfit off with a pair of worn out chucks and you’re set. The ideal outfit if you’re heading for a movie, the mall or just hanging out with a bunch of friends.

So here is how I styled my second outfit as part of the GQ for GAP Collaboration, and don’t forget that you can purchase the entire outfit at the bottom of the article.
