It was such a blessing to be able to experience Hamilton Island in our very own backyard, Australia.
Spectacular blue skies and crystal clear waters can be seen from almost ever corner of the island.
A word of advice though: Don’t hang your bikini out to dry on your balcony, a cockatoo might steal it! (Yes, I’m speaking from experience *sigh*)
The low tide shows the immense love I share with the island.
One tree hill is one of the best sunset spots on the island. An accessible bar will allow you to grab a glass of wine, kick back and enjoy breathtaking views with friends and family.
The Island is surrounded by the Great Barrier reef (It really is Great, pun intended).
I highly recommend Scuba Diving, I don’t know why they took so long to find Nemo, I found him in no time.
Take a hike…literally. The island is covered in hundreds of tracks that take you around the Island with beautiful panoramic mountain views.
Hire a buggie – No need for speed with this baby. It is the best way to explore the Island yourself.
Here, we came across a small chapel where many couples wed surrounded by beautiful views overlooking the endless ocean.
