Modern, decidedly Asian and unlike anything you’ve ever experienced before, that’s Ms.G’s.
Enter through a door bathed in pink neon to find four floors of unexpected dining; including a graffiti wall, communal tables and even a veggie garden courtyard.
So here’s what we ordered for starters:
Mini bánh mì- chicken katsu
D I Y Sang Choy Bao – Sichuan chilli lamb, smoked eggplant nahm prik (one of the best SVB I’ve ever had…ever)
Mains:
Grilled Wagyu flank with flavours of ‘pho’ traditional pho garnish
Malaysian style butter prawns, curry leaf chilli, lime
The best part of the night, dessert:
“Breakfast” crunchy cereal, sticky rice, burnt honey ice cream, figs, strawberries, cranberries
and
A dessert consisting of doughnut ice cream, peanut butter, raspberry jam, candied bacon, potato chips, mars bar slice, banana fritter
Wine Recommendations:
We ordered the 2011 Cloudy Bay Marlborough, NZ (Sauvignon Blanc) – There is an appealing plushness about this wine especially as it leads into a lingering and characteristically crisp finish.
