The reimagining of Pal Zileri continued earlier this week, with the brand’s Spring-Summer 2016 collection, the latest craft philosophy at Milan Fashion Week. With a front row seat to their show, I had a closest eye on the impeccable collection.
The new Pal Zileri is guided by the concept of Avant Craft, a synthesis of an avant-garde outlook and generations of craft and tailoring knowledge. New strategies, new designs, and new materials are focused to suit the digitally connected, fast-paced lifestyle of the contemporary global man.
The Spring-Summer 2016 collection continues the evolution of Pal Zileri with a bold leap into pattern and colour inspired by 20th-century kinetic and optical art. Through Mauro Ravizza vision, squares, diamonds and compositions-in-motion are reflected to serve as a subtle reference to the visual complexity of our digital age.
