Introducing Verde Restaurant + Bar and chef & owner, Antonio Ruggerino.

Verde is located in Eastern Sydney and is a known “home away from home”. What started as a fine dining restaurant 6 years ago is now a home style Southern Italian restaurant, led by owner and head chef, Antonio Ruggerino. The restaurant boasts an authentic Calabrian ambiance reinforced by Antonio’s desire to serve family recipes that have survived generations with only a slight modern twist.

To Antonio Ruggerino, food is more than a passion – it’s a philosophy of life. It represents laughter, celebrations and feasts, and it’s this spirit of generosity that sets him apart from other chefs.
