GQ: “Contrary to popular belief, or, you know, what you see in street style photos, Pitti Uomo is not just an excuse for steezy men to sit on a half wall enjoying gelato. The four-day trade show is held twice a year, once during the Winter season in the month of January, and the other during the sweltering European heat in June (european seasons).

The trade show is held at the in the 59,000-square-meter exhibition space at the Fortezza da Basso houses in the main pavilion, Florence – Italy (click to view map).

Fashion icons giants such as Nick Wooster, Mariano di Vaio, the guys behind Art Comes First Sam Lambert and Shaka Maidoh and many more attend annually. Photographers Lee Oliveira and Tommy Ton are continuously sweeping through capturing some of the most amazing imagery, which has helped global bystanders salute Pitti Uomo for their amazing efforts.
